Families who already received assistance through the Nigehban Ramzan Package do not need to register again — they will automatically receive the Ration Card.
Other families must register through the Punjab Social & Economic Registry (PSER). There are two expected methods for registration, but the official portal will launch on May 1, 2025, so it’s best to wait for final confirmation.

Online Registration Process:

1. Visit the PSER Website: Open this link in your browser — pser.punjab.gov.pk

2. Fill Out the Registration Form: Enter your full name, CNIC number, mobile number, email address, and create a password.

3. Complete the Application: Provide information such as the family head’s name, gender, date of birth, marital status, and employment status.

4. Add Family Members: Enter details for each member of your household.

5. Provide Your Address: Select your division, district, tehsil, village or city, and post office.

6. Answer Questions About Your Home: Share information about your living conditions and double-check everything for accuracy.

7. Submit the Form: Once completed, click the Save button to finish your registration.

Offline Registration Process:

• Visit your nearest Khidmat Markaz (Service Center).

• Over 5,000 centers are available across Punjab.

• On-site staff will assist you in completing your survey and registration.
